I ordered a Escalade cluster from Texas-speed last thursday morning. I am about 2 hrs from there and should have recieved it already and I asked the UPS man and he didn't have it with him either. Then I tried logging in on their website and it said my email didn't exist but it does because they sent me a conformation to my email. And now my bank account is screwed up saying I have money I didn't have(which is good), and it says I spent $10 at a store today that I didn't even go to. I am just bugged out by this and want to know where my cluster is if I am even getting it. If you want customers to come back you have to have good service and I am NOT very pleased!!!

 

Call them, I'm sure they will get this straightened out.

 

I have placed orders with them before and have had nothing but good service from them. Just give them a call, they will get you taken care of

 

well i gave them a call earlier today but they said they couldn't find the tracking number or it wouldn't come up. Its just that when you order something you want it asap. Hopefully tomorrow I will get it. Other great news, i just started working at All American Chevrolet and I will be getting hooked up with discounts, just have to get some money first.
