Default how do the stock cats flow?

i was just wondering. i'm planning on putting exaust on the truck but law says i can't remove the cats unless there is something actually wrong with them. if i can "find" and shop to say they are damaged, what brand would you suggest replacing them with? or should i just go without cats?

Take a hammer to them. Problem solved, they are damaged. J/K or Just cut them off yourself and have a buddy weld a pipe in their place.

Actually, I heard the stock cats flow comparatively to performance cats.

The stock cats flow very well. If you take them off, I suggest flanging them so you can put them back in one day. Also, you will need some O2 simms or you may get an SES light all the time.
