I bought a motor on ebay from nevstatesurplus (Crystal Hayes) from Las Vagas Navada. I paid for the motor on 4-22-05 and as of friday she has not returned any of my emails. The phone number ebay provided just rings to a message that says the customer is unavailable try again later. She was supposed to have shipped the motor on friday but sent me an email asking for my address (which I gave here twice the week before) and she claims she can only ship large items on fridays. Since I have replied to here email I have heard nothing and her ebay account has been canceled as of friday. I am really worried that I may have been taken for my money. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? I cant afford to have just wasted $500
Anyone here live in navada? Any help would be great.

Sorry to hear that man. I know how you feel I am in a battle for 2800 right now and it is not fun at all. I wish you the best of luck in getting either your money or the motor.

Damn man did you check her profile before hand? If I were you I give it enough time to get to you as if she shipped it Friday and go from there.

 

he probally did check the profile. if u look all those negative responses came after the date 4-20-05 which is when he baught it. her profile was 49 positive and 1 negative when he bid. i would trust someone with that big of a record...

 

she emailed me today and said it went out today so I guess we will see. I just got a little freaked out when I seen the account was no longer active.

 

Things like this are why I went to salvage yard. God dam eBay and some of the people allowed to sell **** on there. It can get crappy!

gees man that sucks as well. i never recieved my heads from absolute speed so i am out that 1550.00. who in the heck owes you 2800.00

 

APE owes me 2800 for a motor that never showed hopefully I can get my money back.

 

man i would be knocking on someones door for that. maybe we can get you a plane ticket or bus fund going. then we will need to get you a get out of jail card as well.
