I'm selling a predator handheld tuner for all 2004 GM V8 gas motors. This will work for Hummer, Chev, Pontiac, GMC, Etc. The unit is like new and is only a few months old. I am going to be adding some heavy mods to my truck and would like to sell it so I can buy HP Tuners. This unit sells new at Summit Racing for $410 + Handling charges. I will sell this for $250 and I will pay for the ride. This unit DOES NOT NEED TO BE SENT IN TO PREDATOR TO BE UNLOCKED. Once you restore the factory tune to your vehicle, this is 100% transferrable.
Thanks,
Joe

Unless you have the software V2.03 (or newer), the Predator mates itself to you VIN even if you restore stock settings . If you have used it, it will require the $75 reflash otherwise. This applies to all 03+ applications for GM V8 Truck.
The OBDII functions will be accessable but the programming will not in this case.
Just FYI - might be a good idea to check and post this info to help your sales.

i have the first edition predator (green) and i called diablo a few months ago and asked them if they could update my programmer to the new version. they said that could do it for me no charge they also gave me a RMA # to put on the programmer when i send it in. so if i send it in and have them reflash to the new version software will it still be married to my truck?
