Centerline (I have the Lexi IV's in 20") claims that "their" wheels should be torqued to 90-100 ft lbs. I usually go with 95, right in the middle.

trucks should be between 100-110 in general some companys specify certain tq specs for their wheels. i have boss 301's and tq em to about 100 then recheck after about 100miles. eagle wheels are funny though, some of them are hub centric some are not so if it doesnt fit around the hub real well you will need to go and get a hub ring to take up the space cause if you dont you may get some vibration due to the HUGE wheel not being centered.

The required lug nut torque for the NBS trucks with 6 or 8 lugs per wheel is 140 lb-ft. The wheels you buy should be able to be torqued to this spec.
