I'm not sure how fast those dakota 5.9 R/T's are...........but this dude was in front of me haulin ass eveywhere, funny how I'd catch up to him at every red light just putting around.....I know he at least had a Cat-Back exhaust because he was making it roar everywhere he went.........as luck would have it, he turned down my street behind me :devil:

next thing I know, I'm slowing down so he can go around, I hear him punch it from behind my truck, I let him get dead even with me, then........I drop the hammer, Radix starts screaming, exhaust starts growling.....he actually stayed even with me for about a second, then the 1-2 shift came, that was worth one truck length.........I let off the gas to give him a thumbs up.....and he gives me a ricer fly by, no wave, nothing, wouldn't even let me catch up to acknowledge the race :confused:

oh well :eyes:

there slow. the one i seen at the track here in ms was bone stock running high 15's..that concept isn't a bad one. throw a big motor in a mid size truck from the factory. but, that engine is a turd even in a go cart. i can understand why dodge guys get so excited about the new 5.7L

all I can remember are my 0-60 and 60'

2.3 60' with a 5.1 0-60, almost mashing throttle, lots of wheel spin
2.2 60' with a 5.3 0-60 easing into throttle, little wheel spin

I had an 1/8th mile time that computed to a high 13 somewhere in the performance section, but I'd be happy with a low-mid 14 for now.
