i am not beting on that. i think as it stands now it will be close to or at my best previous ET but no nitrous now. i wont have a cage and that track is more picky then my local track.

i will be there if they are open. the good thing is kc is close enough i can wait till that morning to see how the weather is and not even leave if it doesn't look like they will be open.

thanks for the info tierod. 12 day countdown

does anyone know how they react to running faster than you should? if i let off just past the 1/8th mark will they still bitch. my track only looks at the 1/4 mile info and i bet i could run 5sec 1/8th mile times before they said anything as long as i braked and didn't run too fast in the 1/4.

i would like to just play around running 1/8's for awhile and get a feel for it and then make a hard 1/4 mile run towards the end of the day. it would suck to get booted based on my 1/8th mile times.

They watch your 1/4 times. Jason had his Viper at the track they bitch at him a couple times for cracking the 10's so he started getting on the brakes at the 1000'. They left him alone until his last pass he stayed in all the way down. Ran a 10.20 then he left.
