what kind of tranny fluid should i use

Default what kind of tranny fluid should i use

fixin to change the fluid on my 4l60e. its got 65k on it and im gonna change the fluid since i dont know if its ever been done. what do you guys prefer

i have heard from builders and racers for years. they say to use dexron 3 from a name brand company.

I think I used Quaker State DexronIII when I did mine about 10k ago.
