ok now. i sent my payment to ABSOLUTE SPEED for a set of stg 2 heads.i sent my payment or 1550.00 for a set of heads including the 300.00 core charge. i se it on AUGUST-4-2004. it is now SEPTEMBER-30-2004. i have spoken to him via email. first he said they cnc'ed my heads wrong. now i find that they have not even started on them. i have asked for my money back several times with no response except --i will have to build them and sell them and give you a refund. what kind of **** is that? i have asked repeatedly for a refund and have yet to receive it. i thought the sponsers were suppose to take care of us. hell lately it seems as if i have recieved the short end of the stick. well i am unable to get ahold of him at all it seems. can anyone else help out here.

 

I'll let PSJ know about this thread. He doesn't do anything at work all day so maybe he can try to get ahold of Absolute and see whats up.

I am not a patient person so I know I would be pretty pissed if I was you. Also, you would think they wouldn't have to sell them to be able to pay you back.

Sorry for kind of getting off course but why did you go with Absolute? Im just asking because I dont know and I wanted to know why you chose them over another. Let me tell you if I let $500 go to someone you better not give me a bad vibe becuase I will lose my sh*t so you can imagine if I let $1500 and someone did this. Sorry to hear this man I couldnt be controlling myself if I were you!

 

Jay has been more difficult to get in touch with because his voicemail says they are moving shops. You can't leave a message since his voicemail box is full.

I have sent him email, and am currently waiting on a reply on another issue.

Jay has always been a standup guy, I'm sure he's just tied up.

 

That is BS! You sent him money for a product that you have yet to recieve. I dont see what the problem is if he hasnt even started on the things. If they were special order, and they were half way done with them I could see refusing the refund, but damn! 2 months is very slow, and doesnt inspire much confidence.

Not to be a dick, or sound rude 02', but were these heads promised to you in a set time? Or are you wanting the money or heads now to help go towards the 80E swap?
