RCSB? ECLB? You really need to give us all you info if you want good answers.
Regarding the Mustang dyno, a stock 2004 5.3L puts 295 to the flywheel, so a Dynojet dyno will give you around 240-250 RWHP, and a Mustang will give you somewhere in the neighborhood of 220-230 RWHP (approx. 7% less).

It's a '04 5.3 ECSB 2wd 3.42's
The shop that I went to is mainly a ricer shop, this was apparently the first truck they've done. The first numbers they got were 298/454
