Vara King Cobra (Full) vs. Volant with Scoop

Has there been any good comparisons yet? I want to buy my CAI already, and with the GP on the Volant stuff (thanks Tom!), they're pretty much in the same price range. Also, is the VR King Cobra CARB legal?

Nevermind, I see that VR has been dragging it's feet a bit. I'll get in on the Volant GP for now.
