33-2129 is the p/n. It will fit a '00 5.3 Silverado.

Both SHOULD fit.

K&N's website lists 77-3021KP as the FIPK part number for 2004's, but I think the only difference is the polished tube. That part number also fits 99-03 4.8/5.3 trucks, as does the one that I'm selling, which is p/n 57-3021-1.

Does anyone know why the non-polished FIPK tube WOULDN'T fit an 04 truck?

Just talked to K&N, and it's not confirmed that the FIPK that I have will fit an 04 truck. The polished one is a completely different kit, but I would think that if the polished one would work on 99-04s that the plastic one would too.

They said that there might be a difference b/t the MAF or something? Granatelli lists the same p/n for all 99-04s.

I'm confused. The only thing I could tell you is that if it doesn't fit, I could refund your money. I'll go by the GMC dealer tonight and see if there really are any differences, and I'll try to post on here by 6pm or so and let you know what I find out.
