Made a deal with the guy and got just the shortblock. It's gonna have to have new pistons to lower compression. I'm prolly gonna get the block freshened up unless it is excellent shape. Those heads are brand new and will be back on eBay so the guy says. Well .. anyways .. that's where my spare change from the couch cusions will be going.

that's a hell of a deal. the blocks usually cost more then that.

 

I should say .... I got it for less than that since I didn't want the heads too.
