Go to an auto paint store and they can mix you a perfect match. They'll have the color books and can look up your year and color code. That's what I did. It was a little expensive though, around $50. Since I didn't have a spray gun I also had to buy this kit this disposable airbrush kit for $10 too. It came out perfect though.

I forgot to mention you also have to buy a flexible primer. The shop recomended a brand called SEM. After 3 coats of primer, I did 4 coats of the color matched paint. I still have a bunch of the paint left over, probably over 3/4 of the can. No clear coat needed. The paint dries to a satin finish exactly like the stock interior. So sanding either.
As a matter of fact, If you notice, some of the stock interior plastic parts are painted. I remember when I was doing some stereo work, I had to remove the shin area under the steering wheel. The front side was "pewter", but on the back side, you could see that it had been painted.

The pillar comes with plastic press in plugs that you should also paint when you do the painting. I only need to use 1 though. The bottom is held in firmly because it slips in between the stock pillar and the dashboard. The rest holds firmly with pressure over the stick pillar. I only used one plug on the upper corner on the side that faces the door.
