Default Quest for more power

So I have a 03 2500hd 4x4 6.0 and so far have done, 220r cam, k&n, cat back exhaust, shorty headers, and stock 243 heads. It only ran a 15.4. I'd like more power but don't know what I should do to it. It's my work truck that sees light towing but occasional towing a car. Suggestions?

Could just spend $5k now and throw a blower on and forget about it at 8psi with a tune. Easy reliable 100-150hp. You can always do the small things later for more power (headers, cam, etc.).
