Old 1500hd exhaust options.
Well my 05 is in need of a muffler once again and I am curious about options. I already have the 2503 flo pro on the truck and beyond it being a horrible sounding heavy garbage can.. it's now rattling inside after maybe 3 years... good stuff. Needless to say flopro can keep their trash so what else is there. This flopro drones too.. I have been in 2 trucks with it and both did so it's no loss getting away from it.... ans maybe its because I have a 3" tailpipe but geez did it sound terrible.. again on 2 trucks..I have a couple stock duramax 3.5" exhausts.. maybe I should get a y pipe built and give that a whirl. I read about a magna flow system but I haven't found much where anyone actually ran it to give a review.

Well the Magnaflow sounds good enough I am ordering a second one for my 04. It's leaps and bounds over that Flopro junk I had on there. If anyone is thinking Flopro big oval DON'T! Droney restrictive poorly made junk is all that **** is. And for those that are concerned and chime in ( or not in this case lol) about drone..... the Magnaflow is quieter on the highway at 70 mph than the FloPro was. It's a dual 3" inlet muffler and 4" single tailpipe. I might grab the duals under the bumper version for on my other truck for something different.
