Default 2 Power steering pumps bad?

I have put in 2 PS pumps with the same results. Upon installation I put fluid in moved steering to lock to lock several times. I start vehicle and everything is fine, a few minutes later I have no Power steering but if i rev power steering comes back. This is the 2nd pump in 4 days no way both pumps are bad out of the box with the same exact symptoms, ANY HELP?

Okay, not trying to insinuate anything at all, but is the belt slipping? Other than that, how's the r&p?

I thought i was in the 8.1 section? Minor mods headers, intake, tune, exhaust. Reman pumps 3rd times a charm replaced hi-pressure lines and did the correct hydroboost bleed sequence and everything is cherry. Thanks for the responses

Haha yeah the first two more than likely had the wrong valve in them... Ive had times where after the third pump i finally just had to get the writer or manager to order the valve from a dealer and swapped it out.... And all was good, happens a lot with hydroboost 8.1 or not!!!

I've heard oem is best . I was told vato zone and hoe reillys parts aren't the best whenever it comes to these types of parts .

Most aftermarket remans are junk. Had best luck with napa and oem....
